The Restricted Line Manifest rewrites hunter formations; only shadows know the true order.
Opening
The restricted subway line and the Association's temporary command post. The Manifest has written unregistered hunters to the vanguard and names of shadows to the rear guard. Correcting the formation protects the humans currently present. Obeying it reveals why the shadows desired this formation. Beyond the gate, footsteps that were never called are beginning to align.
